       Massachusetts Protective Mothers for Custodial Justice , Inc. (“MPMCJ”) know first hand that mothers exercising their legal rights are frequently retaliated against in system response, at the expense of child and mother safety.   This is unacceptable.  To assist in obtaining appropriate resources for their needs, MPMCJ has emerged as an independent organization guided by the actual experiences of Massachusetts mothers in litigation. 

     MPMCJ looks forward to adding to the strength and unity of reputable and like-minded organizations to effectively  end

institutional, programmatic, professional, public and private

 promotion of and complicity in

              domestic violence, sexual abuse,

 child abuse

and bias against women.
